Shipping Information
• Please allow 1 – 2 business days for order processing.
• Please specify if Shipping Address is different than Billing
Address.
• We use USPS (Postal Service) or UPS Ground.
• Shipping totals are calculated by weight, size and postal
zip code location.
The following shipping methods and delivery times are available:
• USPS Parcel Post: 7 – 10 days.
• USPS First Class Mail: 2 – 5 days. (For orders weighing less than 13 oz.)
• USPS Priority Mail: 2 – 3 days.
• UPS Ground: 5 – 10 business days. (Will ship to street
addresses only – Does not deliver to PO Boxes.)
Return or Replacement Information:
Customers, who wish to return merchandise to us,
must do so within 30 days after receiving the merchandise.
When returning or replacing merchandise, fill out the form located
on the back side of your packing slip that came with your merchandise.
If you can’t locate your return form, click the Print Form
link bellow, for a copy of the form, that you can print from you
web browser.
Simply fill out the form, include in the package with the merchandise
to be returned or replaced, and ship the package to us.
We do not refund the shipping on orders.
